Typically, you can only adjust bar height in 5 mm increments. With the Dahon F.I.T. NVO stem, you get around 50 mm of on-the-fly vertical adjustment, with no increase in weight or complexity. This product is only suitable if your bike was originally fitted with the NVO stem, as they require a very long fork steerer tube. Please check your bar size, as to whether it is 25.4 or 31.8 and order appropriately. The other measurements to which we refer are the reach of the stem, 90mm - 130mm, and the length of the fork shim, 80mm or 100mm, though you can use your original shim if necessary. We also sell and supply shims (to convert 28.6 to 25.4mm)if required.
