Shipping rates UK

FREE SHIPPING on all Orders over £100.00 + VAT (£120.00). These orders will be sent via courier. (UK only)

All orders £15.00 - £100.00 + VAT (£18.00 - £120.00) are sent via courier or RM Tracked 24 at a cost of £6.00 + Vat (£7.20) (UK only)

All orders below £15.00 + VAT (£18.00) are sent via 1st class post, the charge varies between £4.00 - £5.20 according to the value of the order.

We reserve the right to contact customers who place orders over £15.00 + VAT (£18.00) to be sent to the UK Highlands and Islands as these orders attract an extra Courier Charge We do this manually as have access to a number of couriers and the Postcodes vary between them as to areas that are classed as Highlands etc.

Return Policy

Every effort is made to describe the goods offered for sale accurately, we prefer that if in doubt concerning an item that you ring us for further information. In accordance with ‘Consumer Contracts Regulations’ If you find that the item you ordered does not completely satisfy you, then return it to us in new condition, and in original packaging, within 14 days, and we will give you a refund or exchange according to preference. Unless the product is faulty or we have made an error, the buyer will provide the return carriage cost.
